Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are dissatisfied with the product purchased, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days from the original order date.
Please email our customer service team at and use the following guidelines to help expedite a resolution to your issue:
- For a product that has been damaged or broken during transit, please include photos of the damaged product, the interior packaging, and the shipping box with label visible.
- For a product that has not arrived or has been lost in transit, we may request that you provide an alternate address before we send a replacement.
- If our products do not meet your personal taste or satisfaction, please write to us with your feedback. We cannot guarantee any refund or replacement based on subjective tastes, but we continually aim to find an agreeable solution based on the circumstances.
- For orders that are placed in error and/or are no longer needed, a restocking fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund amount.
