The key to enjoying olive oil is in its freshness. After two years olive oil becomes rancid. This is where the uncompromising quality of our offering comes in. Each year, Nicholas Coleman selects four of the finest producers in the world and flies over at the moment of pressing to make custom blends at peak freshness. The oils are then bottled and shipped to each member, never reaching their destinations more than a few months after the harvest. Two oils from the northern hemisphere and two from the Southern guarantee your oils are of the freshest and highest quality.

We currently ship semi-annual deliveries (2 oils/shipment) to Canada on membership orders only for an additional $100 per membership. We also have additional shipping fees of $35/membership to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US and British Virgin Islands. All additional shipping charges will automatically update at checkout upon entering a shipping address that fits the criteria.
